When does HireMeBuddy launch?
We're piloting with providers in Windhoek now and opening to more people in phases. Everyone on the waitlist hears first.
Will the app be on Android and iPhone?
Yes. It's being tested on both. Store links will appear here at launch.
How do I pay a provider?
You pay the provider directly, in cash, by EFT or mobile money, as agreed in the chat. HireMeBuddy doesn't hold your money.
How are providers checked?
Providers upload their ID and a photo of themselves, and our team reviews them before they can take bookings. Providers can also add a police clearance for an extra badge. Always use your own judgement too: see our safety tips.
