Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the HireMeBuddy app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address registered to your account. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, and confirm by email.

- Your account, login and profile details (name, email, phone number, photo)
- Your bookings, chat messages, reviews and notifications
- For providers: services, portfolio photos and videos, and identity verification documents
- Device registrations used for push notifications
What may be kept, and for how long
- Uploaded files that could not be removed automatically are purged within 30 days.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example financial or fraud-prevention records) are kept only for the period the law requires, and are not used for any other purpose.
